This is Cobalt's premier Internet access option. It
provides a complete solution for most businesses and
requires very little or no technical support from the
customer's staff. Cobalt will provide the necessary
information to program the router and any Local Area
Network settings. Cobalt can also host your email and
web services from one of our data center.
Standard package features include:
- Dedicated Access circuits
- Access to the Multi-homed Internet service
- 15 Public IP Addresses
- 50 Email Accounts with unlimited Email Aliases
- 1GB of server space for Web site hosting, email
and off-site files
- Domain Name administration services (for one
domain)
- Network Operations Center Support
- On-site Circuit Maintenance
- Utilization Reports
Options include:
- Additional Email addresses
- Moves, Adds, and Changes charged per change
- Additional IP addresses are available for a
fee
- Additional Domain Names are available for a
fee
- Modifications of DNS information charged per
change
- Cobalt can offer Cisco 1700/2600 Series Router
with Firewall Services. Cobalt will program and maintain
router configuration
