This option is a low-cost, basic service offering for
the customer who has in-house or contracted technical
services available. It provides essential Internet connectivity
only.
Standard features include:
- Dedicated Access to Cobalt's Multi-Homed Internet
service
- 7 Public IP Addresses
- Domain Name administration services for one
domain
- Network Operations Center Support
- On-site Circuit Maintenance
- Customer supplies and supports their own equipment
- Customer is provided a smart jack terminating
the circuit
- Moves, Adds, and Changes will be charged per
change
- Modifications of DNS information charged per
change
Options include:
- Cobalt will configure customer furnished router(s)
- Email charged per account at $1/user/month
- Email aliases charged per account at $0.25/alias/month
- Additional IP addresses are available for a
fee
- Additional Domain Names are available for a
fee
- Utilization Reports are available for a fee
- Newsgroup access and News Feeds are available
for a fee
- Quality of Service features
- Virtual Private Network Support
Internet Advantage
This product is for customers who have limited wide
area network technical support resources. This option
is appropriate for the customer who currently has Internet
accessible servers for web sites, email or other applications.
Standard features include:
- Dedicated Access to Cobalt's Multi-Homed Internet
service
- Quality of Service features
- 7 Public IP Addresses
- 20 Email accounts and 25 email aliases
- 10MB of server space for Web site hosting
- Domain Name administration services for one
domain
- Access to Usenet Newsgroups
- Network Operations Center Support
- On-site Circuit Maintenance
- Cobalt provides Cisco 1600/1700 series router
and programming
- Customer is provided a smart jack terminating
the circuit
- Moves, Adds, and Changes will be charged per
change
- Modifications of DNS information charged per
change
Options include:
- Router Upgrade
- Additional Email accounts charged per account
at $1/user/month
- Additional Email aliases charged per account
at $0.25/alias/month
- Additional IP addresses are available for a
fee

Internet Elite
This option provides a complete solution and requires
very little or no technical support from the customer.
In this option, Cobalt will provide and maintain the
router, host email and web services and provide VPN
services.

- Dedicated Access to Cobalt's Multi-Homed Internet
service
- Quality of Service features
- VPN Support for 1 VPN Tunnel
- 7 Public IP Addresses
- 50 Email accounts and 50 email aliases
- 25 MB of server space for Web site hosting
- Access to Usenet Newsgroups
- Domain Name administration services for one
domain
- Network Operations Center Support
- On-site Circuit Maintenance
- Cobalt provides Cisco 1700/2600 series router
and programming
- Customer is provided a smart jack terminating
the circuit
- Moves, Adds, and Changes will be charged per
change
- Modifications of DNS information charged per
change
Options include:
- Router Upgrade
- Additional Email accounts charged per account
at $1/user/month
- Additional Email aliases charged per account
at $0.25/alias/month
